The Plant-bomb impact crater.
This "rainforests of the world" map shows how the earth was seeded
with life by a giant plant-bomb from outer space. The border of the Sahara
desert shows the direction the object came from, and the Amazon shows
how it crashed. The continents are the wake that was created by the impact.
The shape and spacing of groups of islands would be a good place to look for
information about the impact.
